RA-ESG does not deal or transact with “Retail” ‘Everyday” or “Restricted” Investors. The sole and exclusive methods of transacting with RA-ESG are:
a) Via a Financial Services Firm, Fund or Institution that is authorised and regulated in the same jurisdiction as its incorporation.
b) Via a body-corporate (company or trust) that becomes a Limited Partner of the Partnership.
c) If in our opinion (at our entire discretion) you demonstrate that you are a High Net Worth Individual, and/or an Experienced and Sophisticated investor with a firm grasp of the financial sector and sufficient knowledge and understanding of financial instruments to know and understand the terminology and risk profiles surrounding Securities.
