RA-Gold operates through two complementary divisions, combining in-house extraction capabilities with international gold trading to maximize value, efficiency, and market reach.
Extraction
Gold bearing ore is extracted from the mine from below ground and gold bearing tailings from above ground as the mining areas have been worked for several generations. The ore is taken for Vat Leaching, a process which extracts the gold and this takes three months processing. The end result is gold Dore which is 97% pure. This can be sold as Dore or further refined to 99.99% pure gold bullion. The restriction on output is the Vat Leaching capacity.
Gold Trading
The Company trades internationally in the buying and selling of bullion and, if required, in Dore also. Volumes are significant and investors typically governments, institutions and wealthy individuals.
Msonga Gold Project
RA Gold (Tanzania) Limited owns 3.63 hectares of licensed mining land in northwestern Tanzania’s Bukombe district, 900 kilometers from Dar es Salaam. The site is strategically positioned within the Ushirombo Forest Reserve, near some of the world’s most productive gold mines.

Each additional Vat Leaching plant costs approximately $250,000 to procure, assemble, commission, and bring into operation. Each plant is structured under a separate company, offering investors the opportunity to participate with a minimum investment of $25,000, representing a 10% shareholding in that plant and its annual profits.

Investors may receive their share of profits in gold, subject to minimum and maximum distribution thresholds. Each investment is secured by the Vat Leaching plant itself, providing tangible asset-backed security for shareholders.
