Integrated Operations Across

RA-Gold operates through two complementary divisions, combining in-house extraction capabilities with international gold trading to maximize value, efficiency, and market reach.
Extraction
Gold bearing ore is extracted from the mine from below ground and gold bearing tailings from above ground as the mining areas have been worked for several generations. The ore is taken for Vat Leaching, a process which extracts the gold and this takes three months processing. The end result is gold Dore which is 97% pure. This can be sold as Dore or further refined to 99.99% pure gold bullion. The restriction on output is the Vat Leaching capacity.
Gold Trading
The Company trades internationally in the buying and selling of bullion and, if required, in Dore also. Volumes are significant and investors typically governments, institutions and wealthy individuals.
Msonga Gold Project
RA Gold owns 3.63 hectares of licensed mining land in northwestern Tanzania. The site is strategically positioned near some of the world’s most productive gold mines.

Production Capacity
With an estimated 480,000 ounces of gold available at the site, the opportunity to increase gold production is limited only by the number of Vat Leaching plants.
Production is measured in time, not in ground assets. Doubling the number of Vat Leaching plants results in twice the annual gold output. On a conservative basis, each Vat produces approximately 10 kilos of gold per annum.

Investment Opportunity
Each Vat Leaching costs $250,000 to procure, assemble, and commission, and is owned and operated under a separate limited company.
Each company is incorporated as a Limited Partner of the RA-Gold Limited Partnership. RA-Gold offers investment blocks of 10% shareholding in each Limited Partner, directly representing 10% ownership of a Vat Leaching Plant.
Returns & Security
A major benefit of investing with RA-Gold is that our contracts with investors are based on weight, not currency.
Why is this important? Because as gold rises in value, you receive the dollar equivalent of that increased value, and not a fixed dollar value based upon a historic valuation.
