I declare I am a self-certified Professional/Experienced/Sophisticated investor:

I make this statement so that I can receive promotional communications which are exempt from the restriction on promotion of non-mainstream pooled investments. I understand that this means that I can receive financial promotions that may not have been approved by an authorised and regulated persons within the jurisdiction of the RA-ESG Limited partnership or where I live, work or trade in.

The exemption relates to self-certified experienced and sophisticated investors and I declare that I qualify as such because at least one of the following statements applies to me:

(a) I am a member of a network or syndicate of business angels and have been so for the last six months prior to the date of this statement.
(b) I have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the two years prior to the date of this statement.
(c) I am working or have worked in a professional capacity for the last two years in the private equity or securities sector, or in the provision of finance for SME (Small and Medium Enterprises).
(d) I am currently (or have been in the last two years) working as a Director of a Company with an annual turnover of at least 2,000,000 (GBP / EUR or USD).
